What days can I communicate with my customers?

Engage is compliant with WASPA (Wireless Application Service Providers' Association). According to their consumer communication regulation you can only communicate on the below days and within specific times. 

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 8 pm. 

Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm

Sunday & Public Holidays: NO communication will be allowed.
