Store Management Dashboard Report

The Store Management Dashboard Report is designed to offer a high-level graphical overview of your restaurant's operational landscape. This dynamic report encompasses critical metrics such as turnover performance, uptime analysis, order breakdown, failed orders segmentation, delivery statistics, and phone query call trends. By accessing this report, you gain a competitive edge by pinpointing both successes and areas that require attention within your outlet's operations. This report can be found on the home page of YUMBI Reports or by following the link here.

What are performance and uptime? 


Performance
This summary provides a detailed breakdown of the sales generated from the orders received by your store during the specified period.

The key Highlights of the Performance Analysis are;

1) Revenue generated per day for the Month
2) Revenue growth year on year
3) Store rank by revenue and by Order Volume against other stores under the same Brand.
4) Comparison of Last Months Performance
 

Uptime
This overview provides insight into the Restaurant's operational online service performance and estimated revenue missed during the restaurant's downtime.

Uptime provides insight into the following;

Note: *EST. Missed Revenue this is an estimate of lost revenue based on the store's past order history. This is calculated by looking at the last 3 months order revenue for the store as an average per hour - calculated for each hour of each day of the week of each week of the month for the store in question. This caters for the variation in order volumes depending on the hour of the day, the day of the week and the week of the month.

POS Uptime: 
Represents the Point of Sale (POS) Provider's online status activity, which allows you to monitor the online status performance of the Restaurant's Online Ordering on the Point of Sale respectively.

Printer Uptime: 
Represents the YUMBI GSM Printer, which allows you to view the online status performance of the Restaurant’s Online Ordering on the YUMBI Printer respectively.

Online Uptime: 
This displays both the GSM Printer and Aura Online Ordering online status performance.

Lost Revenue: 
This displays the total estimated revenue amount which the restaurant has lost due to the online service downtime from not receiving the total estimated order count of online orders.

What are order breakdown and failure breakdown?


Order Breakdown
This summary displays the number of successful and failed order transactions as well as the revenue of the failed orders that were placed on the following mediums; Point of Sale and YUMBI GSM Printer.

Order Breakdown provides insight into the following;

POS: This represents the number of orders that were received on the Point of Sale

GSM Printer: This displays the number of orders that were received on the YUMBI GSM Printer

Other: This filter would display other mediums the store has an integration with to receive orders placed through the YUMBI platform

Failed: This represents the number of orders that failed.


Failure Breakdown
This graphical breakdown provides a summary of the reasons for unsuccessful orders that were attempted to be placed by a customer at your outlet. Click here for more details on the underlined reasons displayed.

Note: for the POS Timeout reason, please contact the Point of Sale provider that your outlet has an integration with for assistance directly.

What are deliveries and phone query queue performance?


Deliveries
The total number of deliveries is presented in this summary along with the percentage of deliveries that were tracked out of the total deliveries.

The key highlights the delivery summary provides are;

Deliveries: This represents the number of delivery orders that were received at your outlet.

% LDT: This displays the % of delivery orders that were tracked using the Live Driver Tracking feature.

% Valid Complete: The valid complete percentage displays the % of delivery orders that were successfully tracked and completed.


Phone Query Queue 

This summary represents the total number of calls that were placed on the store’s Query Queue. (Option 2 When Dialing)

The phone query queue provides insight into the following;


Answered: Refers to the total number of calls that were answered after they arrived on the store's query queue.

Dropped: Refers to the total number of calls that were abandoned after they arrived on the store's query queue.
