Moving your store? Awesome! But wait, we need to know about it! Even if it's just around the corner, changes need to happen. Head over to our Service Cancellation Request Form here - this form is a requirement to start the process. Next, complete the YUMBI Service Activation Form. Your activation request will be actioned within 6 weeks of opening your store (if it isn’t open already). Once it's all done, you'll receive a Commercial Agreement and a link for the Configuration form. You’ll also be notified once your restaurant is LIVE on StoreFront! Exciting stuff.
Important Tips for Relocations:
Your current commercial agreements are linked to the old store address, so when relocating, these will no longer be valid. We’ll gladly help you migrate your customer database to the new store account and you’ll then receive new YUMBI store ID numbers. Then simply complete the Configuration form to set up your restaurant(s) on the YUMBI Platform.
