Engage allows Franchisees to communicate with their existing customer database that are on the YUMBI platform. By using Engage you will be able to communicate with your customers by sending them pre-approved SMS or Push notifications informing them of new products that have been launched or any specials or promotions that are currently running. 


The pre-approved campaigns may or may not contain vouchers. Customized eVouchers may be requested through the platform aswell. This tool also manages customer communication according to the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPI) and Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association (WASPA).
